As a little time has elapsed from your request for information, I don’t know if you have found the team you need for your work but please send me a message if you haven’t as I am currently halfway through quite a large conversion near Caudete and would be happy to share details with you about my builders.

Local trades are great, but unless you speak good Spanish a lot can be lost in translation. British builders don’t always have good reputations and a couple have ripped me off with smaller jobs. Having an honest builder/coordinator can be a Godsend!

So I’m happy to give you details of the people who are working on my property.

I have had a Spanish electrician and plumber recommended who are both in Caudete but instead I went for a young lad (well, for me he’s a young lad, lol) who is bilingual, honest and talented! By the way his quote was the most reasonable and well thought through.

He only employs Spanish trades, namely roofers, plumbers & electricians. It is great having a person who can coordinate all the workers for you! He also resolved a problem with a neighbour and is diplomacy in persona! 

He is currently carrying out virtually a total reform on my property and being young and not ‘old school’ he utilises the latest technology in products & methods. He took over his father’s activity so he is well-schooled in traditional methods too.

His name is Michael White, he trades under his company name of Help on The Costa Blanca which is a multiservices organisation. His number is +34 647 150827. Send him a message and tell him I gave you his number. The plumber who collaborates with Michael is excellent by the way and very professional. What I like about them all is that they do not push you into getting something over your budget. They work with your budget.
