Hi all , just been quoted €450 to have satellite receiver installed , It seems a lot , but as we are new to the area , we don't know if this is what it costs .
We are in Cocentaina, near Alcoi, can any one recommend an installer
We are also looking at Wifi , again would be grateful for any
recommendations/ advice

Can’t recommend anyone in your area as we are a considerable distance away, but the basic price seems about fair enough. Because we are too far out in campo for there to be any landlines, we also have separate small satellite dish for wifi. The supply and installation of both satellite receiver dishes and all associated cabling and so forth, including IVA (21%), was some 900 eu, which made us wince, but we had no alternative. There was a lot of work involved and it took quite a long time, so in retrospect was not unreasonable.
