Thanks Andrea i will try, has anyone got experience of an assessor visit....are they tough or just basically honest and straightforward...or maybe sympathetic...i think one of my cars may be a write off...would they give market value so i could buy same or will they kneecap me like in UK....i must admit i didnt like the color but dont tell...

Don't now the answer to that one I am afraid, BUT assessors are there to save the insurance companies money. Be strong and stand firm is all I can advise, you are there to get what you can for your car - be strong, do not accept all they say!
