Hello everyone

I have an updated UK Covid vaccination certificate. Two vaccine injections and then the booster. My Certificate is valid for the next few months.

However, I am confused!

The booster was given 280 days ago.

I also see that injections seems to only last for 270 days.

Can anyone help me? Is it ok for entry to Spain. The second booster will only be available in the UK for most people later in the year or next.

Can I travel to spain unvacinated?

Extract from Gov.UK:

"If you’re not fully vaccinated, you can enter Spain presenting one of the following documents:

  • documentation certifying that you have undertaken a diagnostic test and tested negative within 72 hours of entering Spain if using a COVID-19 nucleic acid amplification test - NAAT (PCR or similar), or 24 hours if using an antigen test.
  • proof of having recovered from COVID-19 in the last 6 months. You can also use a medical certificate or recovery record to prove your COVID-19 status on entry to Spain. See ‘If you’ve had COVID-19 in the past year’.

Travellers from the UK who can either show proof of being fully vaccinated, or of having recovered from prior COVID-19 infection in the last 6 months, or who are aged under 12 years old, do not need to complete Spain’s Travel Health Control form. Everyone else must complete Spain’s Travel Health Control form no more than 48 hours before travel to Spain. See Spain’s Ministry of Health travel pages for more detail."

Kim

According to the GOV.UK website there is currently no expiry date for booster jabs.

Personally the last thing I would want is any booster or any other associated medicine. 3 members of my extended family have had bad affects of the covid vaccine and none of my family will take any more.

It's common knowledge to those that look outside the govn media channels that the vaccines have past there sell by date. Of course it's a personal choice, but the truth is out there but look past the govn propoganda channels, nearly everyone I know tells me stories of I'll health amongst those taken the  vaccine. All the young sportsmen dying on a weekly basis is a clue, it's not normal.

Hi Cisco54,

As you say, having or not having, a Covid-19 vaccination is up to the choice of each individual, but I'm afraid the statement, "All the young sportsmen dying on a weekly basis is a clue, it's not normal" doesn't stand up to scientific scrutiny.   This article describes the source of that "theory" and the many times it has been fact-checked as untrue:

https://eu.statesman.com/story/news/politics/politifact/2022/02/01/fact-check-athletes-dying-covid-19-vaccine-playing-field/9287487002/

The USA has been studying sudden death in sportsmen for well over 40 years and this scientific report, covering the period from 1980 to 2006, i.e. more than a decade before the appearance of Covid-19, explains the probable causes:

https://www.ahajournals.org/doi/10.1161/circulationaha.108.804617

Personally, I don't know anyone who has had a bad reaction to a Covid vaccine, beyond the usual aches one would also get after, for example, a 'flu jab.

Kind regards,

Kim

Total agree Kimmy, like you I don’t know anyone who has had an adverse reaction to the jag anymore than any other injection and personally feel the benefits far out way the risk. But everyone to there own thoughts!

My husband did ….it caused a massive flare up with his arthritis and psoriasis …worst his skin has ever been with it causing great discomfort.  He’s now still covered in marks months later and trying desperately to clear it.   Surprised really, as I’m sensitive to lots of things so expected some kind of hives reaction but didn’t get one, just the anticipated usual malaise.

We won’t be going for a third.

It's a personal choice but the take up on each phase of the vaccines has been less and less and less, as people are learning the truth about the lock downs and vaccines, surely that must tell you something..

YouTube used to ban people who said the vaccines didn't work and thousands of people were banned for saying what they thought was true and is now fact. Utube are now saying you can't say that the vaccines do work , the exact opposite of before.

Hi Cisco54,

Please would you provide a source for your comment, "the take up on each phase of the vaccines has been less and less and less"?

Many thanks,

Kim

Hi Kimmy,

If you look at the ons, ukgov, HNS websites you can find the info for yourself. but they make it obtuse to find and in my opinion the BBC have lied consistently about the take up, to get more people to take the vaccine.

Here's a YouTube about a recently approved moderna vaccine . At long last important people are realising the vaccines were never necessary for children . Google  "UK becomes first country in the world to approve Moderna's new Covid jab targeting Omicron variant" and see the Utube link below.

htTps://ichef.bbci.co.uk/news/976/cpsprodpb/15B3A/production/_123509888_optimised-vaccine_doses_region4mar-nc.png.webp

And if they are not fit for children, why would they be good for anyone,  and especially older people.
