Hi just to let people know of my experience with Expert Medicals of Bradford I paid £67.99 to have a day 5 early release covid test got my result on day 11 waste of money tried contacting the company on numerous days by phone and emails without fail, to try and get my money back Just be extra careful people

Thanks for sending out the warning. You could try and get your money back through your credit card company. It probably depends upon what the T&C's say about timings to provide the results. For the day 5 test results it should be within 24 hours maximum, in my opinion.

Hi there
Unfortunately, this seems to be the “norm” rather than the exception. How these companies are getting/allowed to get away with this scandalously poor service, I don’t know. My own experience of the service for days 2 and 8 testing, and that of others, suggest that for many customers, it’s been an absolute waste of time.
Incidently, did the same company do your day 2 and 8 testing? How was that? 🤪🥂

The same company did day 2 & 8 with no problems result back within 72 hrs

Hi Ange,
for some reason there seems to be more problems with Day 5 testing across a number of companies. Day 2 and day 8 seem less of an issue. I took my day 5 test with Randox Health at one of their test centres near me (well a one hour drive away). specifically because there seemed to be so many issues with postal tests. I got the results the same day cost £60.
Not such an issue at the moment (for NHS vaccinated people) but if I was taking doing a test to release again I would definitely look at the on-line feedback.
