I would be interested for other people in the Rojales/Quesada area, if you have access to this particular directive.

This has always been inforce in rojales, reason behind it is to stop smells/food rotten in the heat during the day. Bins always had these stickers on them, of course they fade in the sunlight. New stickers were put the bins the other day, maybe that is why people are thinking this is new because of the new stickers.
But this is irrelevant to bev's case as she was taking recycling not normal waste.
