Iberdrola electricity bills increase

Good evening everyone ,
I have two questions :
-1- Has Iberdrola operated recently an I increase. In electricity bills , reason I am asking. Usually. When I am not at home and only the pool motor for filtration is used my bill was 46€ / month .I was surprised to see my bills doubling in the last months even though I was not at home .
2- has anyone any experience to share on solar panels , which are the best companies Installing solar panels sort of trustable
