I've bought a house.
Has anyone experience with transfer of money, especially by using the account of a notary?
Seems to be not so common in Spain. Do you know the fees for this service ?
Is it true that the notary needs information from the bank, in case of a loan, before the purchase can be done ?

Try transferring money to your Solicitors Client holding account, and on computer they can draw down funds from their account and no need to buy expensive Banker draft here in Spain
