Hello, does any one know an honest and not ridiculously expensive English speaking immigration lawyer to help me with Brexit residency and Golden visa please?

Interested to know why you need a lawyer? All visas must be applied for in person at either the Spanish Consulate in London, Manchester or Edinburgh. The following link explains the process and the documents you need to provide to Consular staff in support of your application:
This link provides you with a comprehensive overview of the Invester (Golden) visa:

Hi Amelia,
We would certainly be able to help you.
We have offices in Spain and the UK and will be able to guide (and accompany you if required) to any meetings/appointments in Spain or the UK.
Give us a call on 865 756 058 and we can make an appointment for you to have an initial telephone conversation with our team that deals with this and they can also give you an idea of what fees you would expect if engaging us.
Kind regards
Paul

You do not need a lawyer, you need to follow the instructions given by the Spanish Consul at Manchester, London or Edinburgh.
I know of a case of a couple who contracted an expensive lawyer in Madrid, result cost a lot of money, and what was done by the lawyer was rejected by the Spanish Consul.
Note: A bilingual lawyer is never going to be cheap, they have not only studied law but also another language.
Seems to me that there are no "yes but, my case is different" for this process.
Cheers, J

Hello Paul,
I've seen you posting responses on the Forum where you are offering advice/assistance to people but in each case you don't mention your Company name.
In the post above you say you have several offices.
What's the name of your Company?

I think in fairness, it's fairly transparent who the company is - bearing in mind the username he has used and the signature at the bottom of his posts. Clicking through to those links takes you to a website with details of the services they provide as well as details on their offices located in Benijofar and Worthing. (The company is also registered at Companies House (UK) and the director listed ties in with the info on the website.
I should add, I've never used their services but believe others on the forum have and as far as I have seen there has not been any negative feedback in respect of their offering.
Leaving that aside and going back to the OPs post, while it's always possible to "DIY" in respect of immigration services into Spain, I suspect quite a few people may simply be happy to pay a specialist/professional to same them either time/stress etc - whether they really need an abogado or a gestor is probably up for debate.
However, I note that the OP is talking about applying for a Golden Visa which suggests either a substantial property purchase (or less likely purchasing certain other Spanish investments) so there may be more material sums involved so ensuring everything is done tax efficiently too is probably important - and tax is more specialist than completing a few immigration forms!
Given I suspect most post-Brexit applicants to move to Spain have gone through the NLV process, it would be interesting to hear from any Golden Visa applicants and who/how they managed that process.

Try sun lawyers they are based in Javea they have a Web site and I can not recommend them enough .
Great team .
Yes, we used and still use Sun Lawyers in Javea, just by the Katmandhu restaurant and they have been great for the past five years. They look after all our bills, tax, everything. They are mainly of English parentage but grown up in Spain in the area and are therefore Spanish with Spanish families, so they understand both sides of everything and are very easy to talk to. I recommend them!
For sale
Double bed in pristine condition. No headboard, just slatted base and metal legs, with mattress slightly bigger than the base which is very useful. Tormos
Wanted
King size bed to replace it! No headboard. Slats preferred.
Thanks!

Not a lawyer, but Aldertons in Benissa were brilliant with our transition to Spain.
