I am keen to buy a property in Denia but have been advised that it's existing septic tank is not compliant with local regulations. Could anyone give me a rough idea of the cost of installing a modern three-chamber septic tank? By "rough idea" I mean "more or less than €5000/more or less than €10,000"

Hi,

Our constructors company asked us 5000 thousand for only one.

My advice is Always ask for at least three quotes!

Barbara.

Talk to Biotanks in the Crevillent to Matola road.  They produce on site and their prices are very reasonable.  Juan speaks some English / telephone 629876254.

Kind regards

Richard

hi again Gerard

I forgot to mention that in order to install a 3 chamber tank, with drain pipes for the clear water, you need permission from the water authority before commencement.   This takes about a year on average...…..!!      Just so that you are aware.

Kind regards

Richard
