Good and not so good areas please

Hi all
I have just retired and wish to move to spain. Like the look and reviews of Denia. I wish to buy a 2 bed villa or bungalow with a budget of about 200k. Would be grateful for advice on good and not so good areas to purchase in. We are out here in our motorhome at present holidaying for 5 months and property searching. Essential that we have a half decent walk (to shops or something like that) as we have small dogs. Thanks
