We have recently vacated a rental property in Denia,after waiting the required two months our deposit of 2000 euros has not been returned to us,the agent tells us its between us and the landlord,and he refuses to answer our messages.The property was left in good order, in addition to light fittings we had installed ourselves and left at the property.We would appreciate any advice as to what we can do to have our deposit returned.thanks
I have read that this is not uncommon and that it may be a case of getting a solicitor involved and, with luck, the first solicitor's letter will get the required result.
