we have an apartment in Denia with tenants , the oven hob and dishwasher have all packed up at the same time which seems too much of a coincidence for them all to have failed and need replacing but more likely an electrical issue - can anyone recommend an English speaking electrician who could look at this for us please

Seems more like the circuit breaker has tripped? Have you checked.
no, im in the UK , hence asking for recommended electrician

Hi, guess you would need long arms😁. Has the tenant had a look? Only a couple of mins if it's the circuit breaker. But would obviously have to find out if either of the items was the cause by switching both off and resetting the breaker. Switch the hob on if that's ok turn off and switch the dish washer on. If neither on their own trip the breaker then the breaker rating wants checking or tell the tenants not to use both together. Sorry if all this is obvious?
