Hi everyone ,

I was given in local Suma Pedreguer a password to get to their site and then create a digital certificate to be able to receive and read their notifications .

Tried several time on my laptop to create that digital certificate with no success

Has anyone experienced that … can someone propose a fix please .

Thank you all

I think you might be getting mixed up here. To get an electronic certificate lodged on your computer which is recognised online by ALL Spanish government agencies including Suma, you need a passcode which is issued by local government offices including Suma, on production of proof of identity like passport, etc. The code is a string of about 20/25 numbers and letters.

There's a Spanish agency online which issues the certificates, perhaps someone could post the link. You feed in your password, they generate the certificate which you save on your computer. When you access Suma or any other agency like the taxman, it will recognise your certificate, which proves your identity.
