Apologies I accidentally deleted my post - I believe 2 people replied to it.. But I have managed to contact our car insurance company who have confirmed that they'll send out Road Assistance (wasn't too sure whether it was covered by policy here).

just get a new battery make foto from the old one make shure the negatif en positif are visibol so the salesman can you give the wright one.

Thanks we managed to get car to Feu Vert and they put in a new one... Ironically meant to be doing Pre-ITV test at the end of the month ! Guess all will be working perfectly by then!
