Can anyone recommend an interpreter please for the medical centre at El Campello and the odd visit to San Juan hospital ? I studied Spanish at night school in UK for 3 years but it's not good enough to discuss anything medical. Better still can anyone tell me the name of the doctors that speak some English at Campello medical centre ! Thanks

Hi there. Doctor Roselli speaks perfect English and he is the most caring and considerate doctor.
No interpreter required.

Thanks very much for this. Much appreciated ! I will try and change doctors. I have also found an interpreter for San Juan hospital.

I'm aware the thread is just over a year old. However, I went to the Centro Salud today to try and change my doctor listed on SIP to Dr Roselli. Not possible, he's full.
Does anybody know if there's a way of joining a waiting list for him or, any other English speaking doctor at the centre? Maria Dolores Leon is not an option as my Spanish isn't up to standard.

We haven't been able to get Dr Roselli either ! First they said we couldn't change because of the language a doctor speaks. When we protested because they said we could change to him, they said he was full ! Regarding Dr Leon I wouldn't advise anyone to have her as their doctor ! She is rude and volatile. I had my interpreter with me and I witnessed her temper. We changed doctors again ! I'm not too happy with the new doctor but she will do for the time being ! She has made a couple of mistakes with our prescriptions !
