Where can I throw old mattress

Hi Everyone! Does anyone know where can I throw an old mattress or if somebody can come to my house and collect it?

Our ajuntamente in Adsubia has a phone number to ring to get large items taken away free of charge. Check with yours ... I understand that you leave the item outside your property in a certain day and by a certain time and they come for it. Easier than having to transport it yourself!
