How do you notify the Guardia of Renters details

How do you notify the Guardia of Renters details when you rent out your property as I understand you have a legal requirment to do so ?

Do you have a Tourist Licence? Registering with the Guardia is part ofr the procedure when you get your licence ( which has a number on that you must quote to the Guardia Civil)
If you need to apply for a Tourist Licence you firstly need a compatibility certificate from your local town hall. Forum member DaveBev1 is very knowledgable on this subject - if you send him a PM I'm sure he will help

You need to make an appointment with your local Guardia Civil (in some areas it is the local police instead) to obtain your login codes so you can access the website. Take your License, passports and NIEs. Guests must be registered within 24 hours of arrival.

I use an app to register all of my guests. Very easy just scan the passports or ID cards. You still need to register with the police. App is called Check-in scan. Download in Android Playstore etc
