Hi there, we purchased a property two weeks ago.. and the estate agent (and perhaps the owners who weren't very organised), are a bit slow in giving us all the sets of keys: someone told me that we should have 5 sets of keys... for the moment we've got one..and two on the way... is this normal?  If it isn't, can anyone recommend how long and how much it would cost to change the locks in the house? thanks...

Hi

We have just moved into our apartment and had a security check done. We were advised that we should have 5 original door keys, which we didn’t have. We opted to have the locks changed. Think you’re too far from us to recommend the locksmith we used.

Good luck Lesley

However many you get change them and get new ones.
