Thanks Jim, I would appreciate the links for next year, however this year I really need proper tax planning advice in addition to the returns etc.

Hi Steve, we have just purchased property in el campello and used a tax advisor called Michelle roper, she is based in el campello and really knows her stuff, saved us a lot of money and hassle, she was the only person that didn’t talk in riddles and told ihow it was, she is English but has worked out in spain for ten years or so, her website is lbs-spain.com

Hi there. I see you have had several replies already. We use the services of Marion Clayton at Ferpaper in El Campello. She came highly recommended from both expats we now know here and local businesses. Very happy with the service. It is our first full year too and she has guided us through the process comprehensively. Many thanks for the advice everyone- just back from a sad trip to the UK so will now get round to getting my tax sorted!
