I've just submitted my Modelo 210 for my wife and I as non-resident owners of a property in El Campello.

I have documented the process and some of you may find it useful. The document contains a list of prerequisites and a sample completed form that you will see on the AEAT website.

Using this method you will not need to print out the form and take it to the bank. You can complete the form at any time during the year and the money will be taken from you bank at the end of December.

I don't think I can attach a document to this post (please advise if I can) so I've included a link to the document I've prepared.

Thank you for taking the time to share this, I’m sure it will be helpful to those needing to submit their Non Resident Tax returns.

Thanks for this, very useful.

Has anyone managed to use N26 to pay tax? I was under the impression that you needed some reference number from AEAT to pay online.

We have taken the forms to Sabadell in the past but have now closed the account due to heavy charges.

I have a N.26 account with a Spanish IBAN. I have't tried to use this but there is no harm in trying. I would suggest just entering the N.26 IBAN at the point where the process asks you for the IBAN and see what happens.

Good morning,

I have just read your helpful message. I wonder if you can advise me at all. I have completed the modelo 210 form but I don't have a Spanish bank account, just a GB Iban Revolut euro account which I use to pay my bills. The payment seems to only accept a ES Iban. Any ideas how I can finish this process?

hello, what happens if I don't have a digital certificate. I have filled out the form and paid from an overseas bank. Do I still need to submit the 210 form via mail ? thanks

If you have completed and validated the form online and paid with no error messages the you should not need to do anything else.

Hi

I am trying to find the Modelo 210 form, but can’t seem to find it online. Is it too early to complete the form for this year?  I have previously used Angar, but his prices have gone up, so I intend to try and complete the forms myself.  I have copies of my previous forms from Angar, so can follow what they have completed.  Also I have changed my address in the U.K., I will inform my bank next month when I am in Spain, does this automatically register with Agencia Tributaria?  Sorry for all the questions, but I want to try and sort it out asap.

Many thanks

Carol
