El Raso 1 is opposite Stan & Ollie’s, so noise can carry quite a bit from the bars on that side of the roundabout especially when they have outdoor entertainment in the warmer months.Even though it’s below the regulated levels it can sound incredibly noisy.
But presumably you’ve already taken that into consideration if you are limiting your search to just one community to the 30 ish communities we have here on El Raso.
Mind you the whole of El Raso suffer from noise pollution when there’s entertainment on in the auditorium! Not complaining as dry often we go and join them!
But you’re only a couple of minutes away from all the other amenities, doctors ,farmacia, supermarket, tabac etc and the bus stop into Guardamar.

I live on El Raso, but not on El Raso 1 I’m about a 5 minute walk away from that community.
So I can answer any questions you have on the urbanisation,but nothing specific to El Raso 1.
