I think you would need to have some sort of private healthcare cover. You can join the Spanish healthcare after you have lived here full time, legally, for a year.

Medcare in Benijofar have English speaking doctors, I believe that you can pay a monthly fee to join, but it is private. also, there is a private practice on the right as you enter Quesada through the arches.
