Latest update from UK government:
Still no confirmation of which category of "Third Country" national that UK citizens will become, but it's good to see that those of us living in the EU, who have European-issued pet passports, will be able to travel to the UK with our pets and return unhindered.
For UK citizens planning to settle in Spain before the end of the transition period, I'd recommend organising a pet passport with a local Spanish vet before 31st Decenber 2020.
