Hi all, we have just returned to our apartment and found mold on the ceiling obviously coming from one of the solariums directly above our apt.

Firstly can anyone recommend a way to get rid of the mold?

I have contacted the administrator but am concerned as I believe it is coming from the solarium which belongs to an apartment that has not paid their fees in over 7 years and the administrator has been trying to get the bank to foreclose or repossess so can imagine it's going to be a problem getting the root cause of the leak sorted. Has anyone else been through something like this.

Having just sold our property in Spain we are liable to pay capital gains tax, but there is conflicting info on when this is payable.

Estate agent say that it is payable in three months time and they will contact me, but I have read that it must be paid within three months.?

It seems strange that estate agent and conveyancing fees have all been paid and sale money received by us, but this is still unpaid.

We tend to travel into Formentera del Segura on a Friday and return to Alicante Airport on Sunday.

Can someone provide contact details for van hire from formentera del segura to Scotland,  leaving the van in Scotland.  Only need it for the one way , if this is possible.
