You need to go to your local salud, to register for a temporary SIP card. Different saluds have different rules so make sure you take your passport, padron, proof of healthcare and TIE. if you have an EHIC then take it with you just in case they decide they want to see it.  Take along proof of your 1st & 2nd jabs so they can be transferred to your records. You will also require a Spanish mobile number. Ensure you tell them it’s just for vaccination purposes.

Even though Spain have announced that everyone over 40 is now eligible for the boosters, most of the local area seems to be doing the 60 + age group at present.

Once you are on the system, you will be sent a text informing when and where to go for your 3rd jab.
