Depends on cover, usual basic risks and CDW should be around 120,- (La Mutua - I insure there since 1964)

I would have thought it can vary enormously, depending on the type of vehicle you have? I´ve just renewed my fully comprehensive insurance, with no excess, for my 5 year old Fiat 500, insured with Liberty Seguros, at €290.
