Does anybody know someone who could possibly fit a new heating element in a electric oven (or come and look to see if that is the problem )

Isolate electrical supply to the oven, remove the metal back panel from the oven to expose the element, remove the element from the connection and take to the supplier to ensure you buy the same model, refit the new element and re fix the back panel, reconnect power to the appliance and Test, hopefully it should operate normally.
