Not in Gran Alacant but there are in Alicante

There used to be an indoor pool at Santara Resort and you could purchase a day pass to use the facilities a few years ago, not sure if this is still possible but it might be worth contacting them. https://hotelescon.com.es/santararesort/

Unfortunately this facility closed during Covid and to our knowledge, has not re-opened.
