Hi I am a 45 year old woman with 15 yrs managerial experience in running pubs and taking the lead role in the kitchen. I am looking for full time hours in a situation where I can be creative in a modest manor. My partner has also extensive experience as a bar manager. Coupled with this he is a time served joiner and very handy to have around. Many Thanks

Although my profile may appear to be somewhat grand, I am not necessarily looking at  fine dining or anything fancy. I would appreciate your help with any contacts you might have.I am a highly qualified chef with experience on several continents.Private chef to Sir Elton John.Owned my own restaurant in Caracas for ten years, which was consistently listed as the Restaurant of the year by the American Chamber of Commerce in Caracas and sited as “best new restaurant" by Gourmet magazine.During my residence in South America I catered for dignitaries and the "jet set" such as the billionaire Gustavo Cisneros, Carolina Herrera, Luciano Pavarotti, Henry Kissinger and The Queen of the Netherlands, from whom I received a personal letter of commendation from the Royal Palace in the Hague. As a celebrity chef, I have conducted gastronomic festivals throughout South America and the Caribbean. I recently arrived in Spain from Cyprus, where I was executive chef of a new haute cuisine restaurant in Limassol specializing in Mediterranean cuisine. The establishment, "Viva la Vida", boasted the number one position on Trip Advisor rivalling even the five-star hotels.I worked closely with the owners to create a unique dining experience forming a brigade of seven talented and enthusiastic chefs. I held the position of executive chef of the most celebrated five-star hotel in Cape Town where I worked with a team of fifty chefs.I was appointed executive chef and head of the department of culinary arts at a prestigious culinary college in Cyprus, before leaving the island for Spain.I  completed a contract with the Frenezy fine dining restaurant in Alicante.
