Banco Santander problems with bank on line
This bank on line business with Bco Santander is driving me nuts!
I will not mention how many times in June I have had to communicate with my branch to eventually be able to make an online transfer using my telephone. This business of having a clave, a firma eletronica and a contrasegna is confusing me.
I have requested a tarjeta and been told to go online into the area personal and click on "Firma Electronica" after which I have receievd an SMS with a Codigo which I thought was the Firma electronica. Well what else could it have been ?
I have entered the required selected letters from that Codigo into the blank boxes and an error msg appears that also asks me to call the telephone number in Spain that was menioned in the SMS. I really cannot make any sense of this system.
If someone with a bit of patience or who has had my same experience could explain , I d be grateful. I do not speak spanish nor does anyone in that Branch of Santander.Thanks
