Returning to spain from uk

By your own admission, you are not a Spanish resident - ergo, you do not for all intents and purposes "live in Spain".

You presumably are a UK resident and pay taxes in the UK? Given this, you would need to meet the criteria for any UK resident wishing to travel to Spain which has been discussed many times on here in recent times:

We have seen several similar posts, can i ask why you never applied for residency last year or even the year before, everyone knew what was coming due to the amount of press / media coverage, plus you have 40 posts on here so you must have known what would happen.

To answer your question, when you are allowed back into Spain you will be a tourist and only allowed 90days before you have to leave, again  for 90days. These are part of the Schengen rules for 3rd nation countries, that is what the UK became after Brexit....currently only residents or applicants with proof + Spanish passport holders can enter Spain

I've not applied for residentia because , I dont earn 24k min a year,  and I have not got 10k in the bank ! I live with my brother who's residentia and has lived here for 15yrs  . I'm a carer and I work in uk but live with my bro. I have a spanish registered car, I have spanish bank account , I'm registered with the police , I'm registered to vote,  I have a padron  but according to the Spanish government I'm not wealthy enough to live here ! Even tho I've not been entitled to or claimed a bloody centimos and  in fact I ve never earned as much as 24k a year all my life !! So, why has such a high limits been set on people  to live here 🤔, to achieve what? I'm not a burden to their system -DONT get it ! I cant get any work in spain as I dont speak spanish well enough. I've contributed to the spanish economy for 40 odd years and I still do , I do shopping here, I go to Spanish bars spending my hard earned money , I've had about 3 jobs since I've been here (British businesses ) based in spain and I paid spanish taxes but theres no work here , so i trained in spain to be a carer and this is my reward , yeah thanks Spain -arseholes !

You’ve posted a lot of personal information previously, about both yourself and your brother. Probably not a wise move as you appear to have been living in Spain illegally, or as some like to say “under the radar”.

I would have suggested that you apply for a NLV, before you return, to ensure that you are able to live legally in Spain, but you clearly know what’s required, demonstrated by your knowledge of not being able to satisfy the financial requirements.

As your passport will now evidence all exit and entry dates to and from Spain and the U.K., you’re in a bit of a pickle I’d say

Only one thing for it. You either stay in the U.K., or return to Spain and never leave again. Oh, and hope there’s not a knock on the door 🤪🥂

Ok thanks, more good news , been here 5 months already  ,so looks like its carrying on doesnt it , need to go back , I've got to tax, insure n ITV my car and I need to do my banking etc. ! It's a fuc##ing nightmare ! Obviously there not good enough reasons to return 🤔🙄😠, I'm pissed off , fed up of it all now 

Yeah thanks , that's cheered me up. I've not done anything illegal  anyway,  I'm just travelling back n forth,   I just happen to stay with my brother . , like a holiday . I ll just carry on working in the UK and return to spain off n on( within the times allowed) , nothing wrong with that !
