We have just opened a Bankia account and cannot access our online account in English. We get the login page in English, but once logged in it is in Spanish.
Can anyone help us access our account in English? Thanks in advance.

Thank you RayD. We finally worked out that after logging in on the iPad it was in Spanish but in English on an android phone. Thank goodness for IT.
