I am enquiring I had an accident at work 4 weeks ago had to go by ambulance to hospital ,I was told to say I wasent working sorry I worked in a bar I have had to go to Drs also,is there anywhere I can get advice please ?

they told the police i had just gone for a drink there so i was a customer sliped on some water in the bar ,sorry for the confusion they told me to tell the police i dident work there thank you

If you slipped on some water in the bar as a customer you have grounds to sue them they have told the police this 😉

Be careful! If an insurance company finds that you are telling lies , you could be in serious trouble. Some kind person could inform on you. Do not even consider this
The people you worked for should be dealing with you. Are you back at work now or still unable to work? Working illegally is never a good idea.
You didn’t say how seriously hurt you were. Have you injured your back or leg? This will take time to mend and you may have to have complete rest.
I hope you are on the mend and back to work soon.
Working illegally means that you aren’t paying taxes, nhs or whatever is required hence the fact that you cannot claim from your boss’s employer liability insurance ( if he actually has any). As for claiming as a customer which is untrue, that is criminal.
