I have been trying to get a digital certificate in order to update new address with trafico etc. Have followed steps I've found on Google but no joy. Can anyone offer any advice. I use Google Chrome but have downloaded Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer but still cannot get certificate. Thanks

We got a digital certificate from the town hall in Guardamar del segura on Friday, no charge, open 9 to 11, hope this helps.
You need your passport and nie certificate or residency certificate, we also took our padron certificate.

Yes, but the office has a sign on the window saying Digital certificates, in Spanish, it took less than 10 minutes, very nice lady.

You can change the address for the car and your license at Guardamar town hall, as they're an 'ayuntamiento con convenio' with DGT:
Driving, hiring, buying and owning a car
Get the code for the electronic certificate whilst you're there - it's useful for a lot of things.
