I'm becoming so tired of people who write and ask questions and then don't respond when I've taken the trouble to go through a fairly detailed explanation, and especially the professionals one who made an appointment then cancelled and we (as far as I can see) booked for the next day, waited for one hour over the decided time and they didn't turn up. Very unprofessional and wasted my whole morning.

I've now had an apology off the person concerned but it still doesn't excuse bad manners for not informing of their situation and has made me reconsider who I should use to market my property.
