looking to rent long term Oct-May

Hi We are looking to spend 6 months in Spain from Oct 18 until 1st May 19
We spent the past 4 years in Marbella (costa del sol) and are looking for a change
An area with Expats and walking distance to shops bars etc and possible a short walk to the beach
at least 2 bed 2 bath with internet is a must and possibly underground parking and indoor pool/gym
must be modern in decor and fully furnished
a sunny terrace (south facing) and no ground floor has to be at least 2 floors or above
we will be coming over in june to look around the area
our budget is 700-800 euros per month
