Has anyone used a solicitor based in Guardamar for buying a property?

Hi Leslie

We used Mariano GM legal Experts Solicitors one min walk from Mercadona

We highly recommend him we gave him power of attorney and he sorted everything for us plus direct debits house insurance etc really friendly and down to earth

Hi Pauline

Thanks for getting back to me. I picked up their card when I visited in March, so it's good hear about your experience of using them. My husband and I are flying out again on 30 April for the month of May to get a better feel for Guardamar and look for a holiday property. We can't wait.

We are just on the outskirts of Guardamar Portico Mediterraneo 30 min walk to Guardamar and La Mata, I recommend looking here or El Eden as cheaper than in the heart of Guardamar. Depends what you want. We are in the researching process of becoming permanent residents as love it here so much.Good luck with your search and if we can give you any more info please let us know.

Hi Pauline

All the best getting your permanent residence. We looked at properties in El Raso and Portico Mar which we loved. As we won't have a car when we're out and we liked being in short walking distance to all the bars, restaurants, parks and the beach, we have changed what we're looking for and have decided that being in the heart of Guardamar is for us.
