We purchased in Guardamar and used GM Legal Experts near Mercadona in Guardamar they speak English and everything went smoothly, in fact more smoothly than buying and selling a property in England,

I can recommend Fontanals. Based in Rojales, they were really efficient and all costs were explained at the outset.
