Hi, I'm looking without success for molasses. Miel de Cana was suggested, but can't find that either!

It´s melaza. Often the locals call it melaza de cebada (a natural sweetener obtained from the grain of barley) . It does not contain any additives or colorants

Melaza de cana 300g jar available in Al Campo La Zenia Boulevard......go right to the end of the store and it is where all the jams, marmalades etc are.

Black treacle is a good substitute for molasses
