what extra medi insurance will be needed for a holiday home. Spending under 90 days etc . Still be UK citizen. Got Ehic . buying a second home pre brexit.

The same travel insurance you would normally buy, although currently and for new policies, you'll find most insurers will be excluding COVID related incidents
After Dec 31st. your EHIC will become worthless.
