Recently moved

Hi,

My parents and I recently moved to Javea/Xabia after living 10 months in France.  I'm a 35 year old female.  Currently, I'm looking for a job as a pet sitter.  I have over 20 years experience taking care of dogs or cats that have been behaviorally trained.  Dogs or cats.  1 or two dogs or cats at a time.  Dogs under 45 kg's please.  Also, I'm looking for social groups that the members are roughly my age.  Anywhere from 28 to about 40 years old.  Does anyone know of a website or group with members of that age?  If so, what type of groups?  I'm interested in cooking (especially baking,) theater (like broadway theater), movies, music, arts/crafts, traveling, going to eat out, karaoke, etc.  Also, what do people of that age group do for fun in Javea/Xabia?  I really want to meet others my age.  I've been looking since before I moved and I can't seem to find any.  Also, does anyone know of any good restaurants that aren't too expensive or touristy?  Plus, I have a big sweet tooth.  I love Dulce De Leche Ice Cream.  Are there any really good ice cream places in Javea that have this flavor of ice cream?  My university degree is child care related.  So, I can also babysit.  I love kids.  My experience has been with newborns to about 14 years old.  The one thing that I don't have experience in is driving the kids anywhere at anytime for any reason.  I can bath the kids, put them to bed, read them a book, help them with homework, play with them, make basic meals, etc.  If I am to babysit or pet sit it'll have to be either near the beach area of Javea, the port area, or near the old town.  I would need the correct address (to put in the gps) and the correct phone number (some people in the past have given me incorrect information, so I've gotten lost.)  Also, does anyone know if there are animal shelters near the beach area in Javea?  I wouldn't mind doing some volunteer work.
