The job requires someone who lives close to us in Balcon Al Mar as it involves being on call to check guests in and out and be on hand to help them during their stay.

Also to prepare the Villa ready for their visit and to clean it after they depart .

There is also a need to arrange for the laundry after each holiday .

The Villa is usually let from June to the end of August each year

It is usual staff to do for me.

I have a flat in Benidorm and I do the same thing(me and my wife).

No worries about the distance cause I'm driving(30-35 min drive from me).

I started this three years ago when some of my friends asked me to help them.

I am living with my wife and my daughter in Benidorm but I still have a business in London and I had a bar in Spain which is closed  from October.

I am traveling from Benidorm to London winter time(october-march)and staying in Spain the rest of the year.

I am also well connected with the british community in Benidorm.

For the moment I am in UK too(London) and ready to go for Christmas.

We usually get booked up July and August and already have a 3 week booking during these months for a party of 8 (2 French families).

We usually pay about £300 per family per stay but this is negotiable which works out about £1500 for 4 bookings ( Normally 8 visits) throughout the summer.

Not sure that this is enough to keep you interested considering that you have to travel from Benindorm?

Hi Marylyn and Barry, I have a vacation home in Balcon Del Mar and when I was in Javea this past October I met Emma Feather. She is starting her business called 'FIVE STARS FOR YOU' as she has seen the need to have someone to do the final prep, restocking, setting the stage so to speak after cleaners have cleaned. The final walkthrough to make sure there are no burnt out light bulbs and all the details that a cleaner would not think of doing. She is currently on vacation but lives in Javea not too far from Balcon Al Mar. I will be hiring her this summer. You would have to hire the cleaners but she will do the final walk through with her checklist to make sure the property is spotless and nothing is missed.
