First of all, where are you living now, UK or Spain?
Do you hold a UK or Irish passport?
If you have a UK passport and living in the UK you initially need to apply for a work visa from the Spanish consulate.

If you want to live in Spain permanently you will need to apply for a visa from the Spanish consulate while you are still living in the UK. Here is a link to the various visas that apply to Spain:
