Train to Denia

Hi, I'm visiting Jesus Pobre in January and would like to get a train from Alicante at least as far as Denia. Or closer to Jesus Pobre if possible
Nearest tram stop to jesus pobre is gata(3'1 Kms before) or la xara (4'6 Kms after) there is bus service between both but I have not seen it myself denia is few more Kms past la xara Sunday market in jesus pobre is popular

We live about 15 minutes drive from Jesus Pobre.
I rather think trying to link up train arrivals with infrequent rural bus services would be fairly exhausting. Gata de Gorgos is obviously nearer than Denia, but I have not seen taxi ranks! There are taxi services in both Gata and Denia but I think you may have to prearrange if you can find out train timings etc.
The simplest and least exhausting method of travelling to rural villages is either to ask a friend to collect you or to prearrange a taxi from the airport, although I fully understand this may not be inexpensive.
