Hello

Tell her to google...Garages in Jesus Pobre and see what is available in the area. Dont know whether  any will be open on Sundays but  checking a few websites should give her some contact details for mechanics/ garages  etc for Monday.

Cheers

Can't help with immediate problem I'm afraid however if her battery has gone flat for no identifiable reason, i.e. lights accidentally left on etc. then it's likely a new battery may be required.

Don't know how old the car is but with the modern trend for weight saving fitting as small a battery as can be got away with has become the norm meaning that even a short period of use without the engine running, possibly as little as an hour, can be enough to drain it to the point where it hasn't got enough left in it to start the car.

If a battery is getting on in age that window might be measured in 10's of minutes!

If it were me even if a new battery were fitted I'd be recommending a pair of jump be kept in the car.

Does her car insurance have any sort of car breakdown cover, ours certainly does, worth checking.

Hello

Doesn't she have a translator, friend,  neighbour who can make a call for her?  Even her work colleagues might help

Cheers

Assuming you have already asked neighbours/friends if they have jump leads ifso the only other thing i can suggest (assuming its not an automatic) is a bump start, if the car is on a hill its easier otherwise someones got to push.
