I need to get a new battery for my alarm panel and I was wondering if anybody knows where I could pick one up from?

Thank you in kind anticipation.

I changed to a wire´less alarm & had problems getting a battery years ago. (it came from UK). A friend suggested a small 12v battery may fit. eg auto outlets.

not much help

Hi

Thanks for the reply.

Unfortunately it has got to be something like this so it can keep the system running for a while in the event of a power failure..... lately has been quite regular!

There must be somewhere.

Yes, As I say (years ago) it was more expensive to buy the whole box etc, than buying the battery on its own. so long as 12v (I was thinking of cheaper alternatives, eg moto, small car) food for thought, good luck

Don't worry about the brand,

Not a bad option by Movington, but do be vigilant of electrical  items via the internet  Ensure the item has relevant Safety Certification. I think in this instance a C,E mark or a VdS mark.

These Security Alarm batteries, on average require replacement roughly every 4 years.
