No.... the Costa Blanca NEWS comes out on Fridays and has to be bought at a paper shop.
The Costa Blanca PEOPLE is a free paper that comes out on Tuesdays

Hi, The Costa Blanca News is from any newsagent there is one in the Consum area. The Costs Blanca People is a free paper and can be picked up at any shops 🙂 Susan
