We have a holiday home in La Mata and Gofibra installed internet and Tv on a holiday package basis. We can reconnect internet easily by phoning them and paying by card but they are saying we have to go to their office in Torrevieja and pay in cash for TV. Anyone know why we have to do this and not pay over phone as for internet? Grateful for any replies, thank you!

Hello

Might be because they are now part of another company called Vega Fibre, their office is in the same place but my Norwegian neighbour had to do this 3 months ago- he had to pay €25 for his 3 week stay.

Cheers
