Hi Guys, Ozzy Steeve here. i ve got an apartment in Dona Pepa close to Quesada. which i bought a few years back. I usually get out to Spain around 3 times a year. Was out in May.

But with my landlord here constantly putting up my rent in Bucks, UK,  i've decided to not renew my lease next year and move out to Spain so in the mode of selling everything off and saving as much as i can over the next 12 months.

From Sydney by the way.  Always happy to chat if you want and talk Cricket, he he.

The man in Javea who files my Tax Return annually is from Oz. and has handles my affairs for 30 years!

g3nmh.....Blimey!!!  all those years for an Ozzie to be in Spain!!!   I might come back to you when I get out to Valencia to ask you his contact details!! He must know all there is to know about Ozzies (and us Brits) moving out there, sounds like a knowledgeable man!

Don't know about Aussies, but would NZers do.  We are planning to move out in October and will be located on the Oriheula Costa.  Lovely area close to Golf clubs. Restaurants and shopping complex La Zania.
